ok apparently no one has managed to mess up their ipod this bad, guess im just lucky....

well my ipod touch decided to jump into the toilet and it was in there for maybe 1 second and i let it dry for a lil over a day then i tried to restore it. now it will show a white screen, my original loading screen and itunes will pop up with error 1611 btw i already tried all of apple's ways to fix error 1611 and i tried putting it out in the sun face down

am i completely screwed over now or is there still hope?

    this thread made me lol.

You can't physically damage a device, and expect a software restore to fix it.
