Does anyone happen to know what the color of the water damage indicator on the iPhone 4 is? I think i got water inside the headphone jack and it looks blue. I'm not sure if it's just me, but i would like to know if there is water in it or not?

It's white because it hasn't gotten wet yet.

To the OP: Just about every Apple device's indicator turns red when wet (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3302), so unless they decided to change it for the iPhone 4, it would be wise to assume that it should turn red.

Well, maybe blue is the new white. Maybe they are using a different type of litmus paper to detect water. This would seem likely because I imagine they got scammed out of quite a few iphones from people sticking something in the hole to get it dry.

If it's a new type of litmus paper, they don't have a choice of color because whatever color the paper comes out during the manufacturing process is the color it's gonna be.

It's Litmus paper. When it get water it determines the PH of the water, which is why it changes colour.
