Is there an app, to change the picture on the Lockscreen via the Photo setting or the General Setting (like you can with the Wallpaper) without going through Winterboard?

It'd be nice if I could use photo A as my Lockscreen and photo B as my wallpaper and then change the Lockscreen pic to photo C, without having to go through Winterboard. Do I make sense? Is there an app for that?

All of the "wallpapers" are LockBackground, so no.

What you should be able to do, if you don't mind messing with your themes a little, is just using two different pictures. All you have to do is SSH into your iPod or use iFile and go to the themes folder, find your theme, and delete the (I believe) LockBackground.png. This way your wallpaper will only appear on your springboard. (Note: it may be a better idea just to rename the png to something like LockBackground1.png, so you don't have to delete it)
