My iPod Touch 8gb gets VERY hot to the touch when I'm syncing/charging it. It hasn't made any funny smells but if I told apple do you think that I would be able to get a new iPod Touch. I got it a few weeks ago.

I don't have any Apple Stores in Asheville, NC, North Carolina, USA. I'll just send them a E-mail.

    if it's not your fault

right now i have an ipod touch, but before that i had 3 ipod nanos 3rd generation beacuse the battery was bad, the repair cost $100 but with warranty cost $0 .So as long as you didn't do anything to it, apple will cover for it by changing your battery (as long as it is under 75%) or call you when they have one available and give you a new ipod (takes about 3 days)
