Title says it all. 2.2.1 is giving issues (apps wont run at all). Will I lose my jailbreak and unlock?

None of my applications will load. All the stock ones are good, but all app store ones crash instantly.

Did you legally obtain these apps? I doubt you would lose your ability to unlock because your baseband will not be upgraded. You can always use QuickPwn to rejailbreak. You can back up your apps in iTunes. Also when its connected to itunes back it up. Oh and you might lose your contacts so sync it with something like Google contacts before you restore it.

most apps will not work on 2.0.2. you will get issues from iTunes saying that certain apps are not compatible with this firmware. restore to 2.2.1, and if you still have problems, call Apple.
