Is there a way i could break my ipod touch but keep it under warranty? I want to do this because i want to get my ipod replaced with a newer one. It seems like my screen isn't as vibrant as my friend's ip2g, plus it has far less battery life.

We don't tolerate that type of stuff around here. Go ask somewhere else.

Soak it in water. Apple don't even bother to check for water damage anyway.
