I noticed that after jailbreaking my ipod the wallpapers are no longer in general settings. How do I get the wallpapers option back?

You can download either "Supreme Preferences" or "Supreme Preferences for iTouch" depending on if you have an iPod or an iPhone, as this will make the wallpaper option in settings reappear and add lots of other cool things.

When you use categories to hide the photos app or mail app or any app it hides it's settings as well.
