Ok, I found a neat and easy way to create reflective wallpaper off of Photoshop.
-first create your 320x480 with a 150 reflection
-then set up another layer and make sure that the new layer is highlighted
-ok, go to your gradient tool and create a 3 color gradient, example

dark blue, light blue, dark red)
-make sure it looks like its fading to the next color. save it.
-now it looks normal but on top with the gradient tool chosen make sure on the Mode: you pick "pin light"
-all right just pick a corner on your wallpaper click on it and drag it to the other end of the wallpaper. you should start seeing different reflections.
-Pick the one you want and and save it. make sure you save as a png. Good luck.

P.S. for those who know please don't be harsh with "I knew that" comments
