I have a theme with both Icons and wallpaper - Both work great. I decided to make some color changes and went back to the drawing board. Since color changes were all I wanted, I use the original as a starting place and created a new wallpaper from it. Now I have been trying to reinsert the NEW wallpaper and it won't work.
Both are almost identical in properties:
    Size: both 320X480
    dpi: both 96dpi
    Bit Depth working copy 24
    New copy 32
    Permissions both set to 0755

Any ideas why the new version won't work???????????

Properties and such shouldn't matter... it's a conflict of trying to overwrite a file name IN cyberduck (or whatever you're using to upload it)- I'm assuming anyway, try to rename the ORIGINAL wallpaper to something like WallpaperBACKUP.png and THEN SSH the new one in...Let me know if that helps and if not, tell me exactly what's going on when you get the error...

The filename IS wallpaper.png as saved by my adobe Photo elements program and then the old wallpaper.png was renamed to wallpaper-2.png and the entire folder was SSH'd into the themes directory. It shows up in summerboard and I select it and NOTHING! I can even interchange the two names back and forth and the old one will work and the new one won't. It's got me stumped. By the way - the icons in my icon folder work like a charm with either wallpaper and I'm not getting an error -- I'm just getting a startup wallpaper (world) in place of the new wallpaper.
