I have a 3G iPod Touch on 3.1.3 and I downloaded some nice iOS 4.0 wallpapers from cydia, I went into settings to apply them, WTF I can't find the wall-paper options, I'm sure they used to be there. Has it disapeared? Was it even there? Am I wrong and it is in a different place? Can someone with 3.1.3 please check to see if it is in settings.

Try disabling MMP Flip if you have it.

Oh well. I know that whenever I activated it, it changed a bunch of stuff in my settings too. Not sure what else would do it.

I think the iOS4 wallpapers are made to only show up as wallpapers like for the homescreen, so they would only show up if you're actually on iOS4. You may be able to go find them somewhere and transfer them into a theme folder or something.
