Announcement: Demo v.0.1.26 which I just compiled has StatusBar support and a new method for icon reorganization, drop in the StatusBar.png along with your Wallpaper, Dock and Icons for it to show up. The download below IS this build

Instructions for setup/build distribution are available upon app launch. The first launch only!!! Read them!!!

What developers can do with Demo, is:

Download the attached package from the OP.
    SSH it into the Device.
Open the App Folder through SSH.
    Add the following 19 icons:
iTunes, Maps, Notes, Clock, Photos, Contacts, Calculator, YouTube, Categories, Facebook, Cydia, Classics, Stocks, Weather, Respring, iPod, Safari, WinterBoard, Settings; along with a Wallpaper, Dock and StatusBar PNG file into the App Folder.
    Launch the app.
Then they can ZIP up the modified app (from SSH).
And distribute here so people can test the theme of choice from the said developer, to see what it looks like on their devices. Without actually having the theme installed.

So in theory, it acts as a Preview/Demo of the theme that the developers want the community to preview. You can re-arrange the icons too.

    Download here (0.1.26):

    Wait what?

So this just basically shows a theme? I'd rather take a screenshot on my ipod and upload. seems much quicker.

Unless i'm on the wrong end of the stick. :S

No. Theme Developers can snatch the Barebones package with nothing. Then they put in the 19 Icons I specified, along with their Wallpaper and Dock. It then functions as a Theme Preview App specifically for that developer. They can change the Package to whatever theme they want and distribute it as a "Preview" of their theme that isn't released yet. You can drag the Icons around in the App, to see how the actual theme would look on your device, there is a bit of a bug I dunno how to fix though

Look, I know this can be difficult to understand

I don't get it myself. But trust me, download it SSH it in and follow the Instructions (keep SSH open) and try it. You will understand exactly what this is.

YAY! Thanks chicken, I forgot entirely about that. I have pushed through a pseudo-codesigned version. There is a new method for icon reorganization and a reset button
