    Hi.

There are several games like Tap Tap Revenge and AuroraFeint that have in-game sound effects/music, but no option to adjust the volume.

For some reason, the volume for these games have suddenly become extremely loud and I can't play them with earphones without damaging my ears.

I tried adjust the music volume and video volume but both did not help change the volume of the music in the games.

Sadly, AuroraFeint doesn't have an option to turn sounds off, and TTR is just unplayable when the volume of the song is loud enough to make you deaf.

    Any suggestions?

Even on the absolute lowest volume I can't play Aurora Feint with sound when I'm in a completely silent environment

Doesn't work for me. Adjusted the volume to near zero and opened up TTR and aurorafeint.

The volume still killed my ears.

don't exit to home then adjust volume o.0

just double tap home while your actually in the app and you can change it from there. without having to exit.

edit: also for people that haven't noticed, some games (ex: super monkey ball) you can start playing your music and it'll automatically mute in game sounds.

    There is a way....

I was mashing the screen on Aurora Feint on my ipod touch and some combination caused a speaker icon with square dots to the right of it (exactly the same as in OS X) to pop up. I didn't realize what had happened at the time but since then I have been trying to access it again. I have shure earbuds and although the soundtrack to that game is really great, I don't prefer getting a brain massage from it.

If you are reading this and can access the speaker icon volume control during, please reply.
