    Hey guys,

Since yesterday my volume controls in the music menu don't work. I'm sliding over it but it won't move in either direction. If I move up some more I touch the trackcontrols. If I double click the home button and bring up the controls there I can alter the volume.

I've also noticed that it's harder to tap icons in the lower area of the touchscreen.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I've already restored the firmware twice and it didn't help.

Sounds like a hardware problem if the bottom of the touchscreen isn't responsive. Try a free paint app on the app store and see if this is the case.

It's probably a calibration thing. Go to the Genius bar at an Apple store, see what they say.

you were right, for some reason the lower part of my touchscreen isn't responsive anymore - see pic. I'll let apple see what they say!
