Any ideas on whether or not a MobileSubstrate addon exists to reverse volume button functionality when an iDevice is on its left side? Because pressing the right button to turn it down seems dumb.

Also, if one doesn't exist, anyone know of tutorial(s) that will help me learn how to make one?

    No, one does not exist.

May I ask what programming languages you know? As you should at least know C and Obj C for developing MS addons and apps.

I know English and a little Japanese.

But all joking aside, I really don't know formal coding language, but I'm great at picking up the patterns, reproducing them, then modifying the code to match what I want.

Plus I've got a friend who's really great with coding language, and I can call him anytime.

If you want to learn how to make one, you should learn assembly and reverse engineer.

AppMan is right. C and objective C are essential is making native iOS apps.

Yeah totally! Only pussies use compilers. I write all my programs directly in the hex editor.

Did you make your own hex editor? I did, its ownage!

Nothing like that develop but you can probably reverse engineer activator and compile something up, Ill look into it. Its not very hard, I can probably get most of the way and im in the 8th grade.

Trust me, i'm starting to get into coding languages myself, it's not as easy as one thinks. You simply can't beam idea from your brain to your computer and it magically does most of the work for you.
Learn C/Obj C and/or reverse engineering and you'll be fine.
