VLC Streaming to Ipot

    ok well i searched and havent found anything on this subject yet sooooo,

    i was thinking i personally use VLC media player to watch all my movies/shows and such and remembered the stream Feature from when i used to watch stuff on my psp. would it be possible to set the Video/audio format to something that the Ipod Could Recognize and stream through safari or the video player.. prob just talkin out my ass but i think it could work, But i have no idea on how to go about it, ill keep trying diff things tho ^-^

    Not until someone develops a version PMP VLC for the iPod, or a piece of software that's silmilar.

    so there is no way to get it to pick up like how safari handles the music files, or even on the fly converting like how youtube would do it hmm... alright ill wait till PMP vlc for the ipod

    That's possible if you have a server. You could set up your computer as a server.
