View Purchase History?

    I'm sorry if this is the wrong section.
    My mom was charged for an app store purchase, and she wants to figure out what she was charged for and how much it was. However, when we try to use iTunes on her macbook to view purchases, it keeps asking for the password, even if it's right.
    Using the purchases section on the iPod does not give enough information.
    We've tried changing the password to no avail.
    So, what are we doing wrong?

    You could also check your bank statement.
