Do I have to convert videos to import into iTunes, I'm sure before I could import all my videos into iTunes ... But now none will import unless I use an iPod Converter, does this mean I have to convert them all... As it's going to take a pretty long time to convert a lot of videos... What can I do?

I though converting was always a neccesity? well I use Oplayer, which allows you to sync videos of almost all formats. It can be found on the Appstore for about $2 or so. Can't remember the exact price.
