I used Videora Ipod Touch to convert an .avi file approx. 700mB to an MPEG-4 and put it on to my Ipod. However, when I go to watch it the audio is way off by 10 or so seconds.
    I am pretty sure I used the "MPEG4 480x320 768kbps Stereo/128kbps AviSynth"
but I can not remember for sure as I had just got my Ipod and wanted to try everything out as soon as possible.

Has anyone else had this audio lag problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions on diff conversion settings?

I searched around for quite awhile and couldn't find any really good info and I can't watch a movie with that much audio lag.
