If I use this will I still be able to watch movies off of the DVD, or is the Movie gone from the DVD and only watchable on the ipod touch? I want to rip some DVD's onto my ipod touch, but I still want to be able to watch the dvd.

    I'm using Videora.

Err, I wouldn't use Videora, as it takes over 10 hours on average. I use Magic DVD Converter (google it). It takes about 4 to 6 hours, and the quality is good.

Also, if you convert the video for iPod touch with the Magic Converter, it is viewable on all iPods! With Videora, the DVD can only be watched on the iPod that you convert it for.

I use Videora and it rips and converts the dvd in about 4 hours total (1500kbs). I like the ripping program they have you download. You get a great copy. Then you can convert it different ways with out having the dvd in the drive and spinning.
