Nope only certain Quicktime formats and Youtube.

Those websites that support mp4's will generally work.

Flash is in the works and hopefully a wmv player of some sort down the line. Not sure why people really care so much about DivX. I hate it, but lots of people support it and like it. To each their own.

It's a shame that Apple recently decided to scrap flash support in QuickTime (due to their evil anti-flash campaign... which I am now ready to join due to my shiny new iPod's non-support for flash...), because we'd have full flash support built into their plugin for flash 7 or so and below, which covers most content (usually it's flash 6 that people export to...). I was looking into using this, but it apparently won't do us much good. I also wanted to set up a site that'd use ffmpeg to convert a link to a swf into a mov, and then redirect ur browser to it... I figured I could run this on my home PC as a self-service (I'd share, but i don't have the bandwidth, even my FiOS can't keep up with that)... perhaps somebody with an up-and-running Linux box can check into that? The only thing I couldn't do out of that is set up the necessary plugin for Safari that'd catch flash and allow you to click on it to send the link to the webpage I'd make... Just throwing in my 2 cents about possible circumvention of flash support. I really hope apple or third-party releases a plugin tho, it'd be much simpler, lol...
