I am using a 2nd Gen. 8gb iPod Touch, and a Windows XP. I downloaded a couple of Facebook videos to put on my iPod. When I try to sync the videos to my iPod, a message says "[name of video] was not copied to the iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod." The video was in .mp4 format, which I'm pretty sure iPods work with.
Then I tried using the "Create iPod or iPhone Version" in the Advanced menu in iTunes. It syncs to the iPod, but the screen is white, and the audio still works.

    Can anyone help me?

Thanks! I had tried using iTunes to create an iPod version, but it wasn't working. I used an online converter and it worked!
