When using Handbreak to convert movies on my computer to watch on my Ipod Touch 3g, the preset output video size settings for the Ipod Touch/Iphone are 480x208. Anyone know if this will cause the video to look weird? If so, how can I create a custom profile on Handbreak to have the output video size at 480x320?

If you stretch it, it'll look weird. Keep the aspect ratio the way it is. You'll just see black bars at the top and bottom.

If I set the output size to be 480x320, does that mean there won't be any black bars and it will be full screen?

One other question I have been wanting to ask is what the "constant quality" setting does? It is set at 59% for the Ipod touch. If I set that at 100%, does that just mean the video will look better but be a larger file size?

Yes, but that means it'll either cut off the sides or it'll stretch the video, making things look skinnier and a bit deformed.
