I am wondering if any of you know if this would be possible? On the sony psp the background of the menu is a slowly moving graphic of lights and colors. I think it would be neat to have like a video of an aquarium in the background, or even graphics of it would be cool too.

Have you tried an animated gif to see if it works? Not ideal but worth a shot.

I think it would have to be an animated .png. I googled that, but I don't think the ipod would read a apng file.

    you should try it...

Additionally you can just try to take a animated .gif and to change the postfix to .png .... but probably that would not work...

Think that it would need some sort of firmware upgrade to allow .apng

The way to do it if it is possible is to drag a short movie into photoshop and save as a .PNG and see if its animated then put it onto your iTouch
