This is a discussion thread for the "Video of iPhone 5 Booting Up is Fake" story posted on the front page.
NO??? Really??? My guess is the iPhone will look nothing like the rumors...again...like last year...people are too gullible.
The design of the iPhone 4 has proven to be the most successful version of the iPhone yet. It is industrial genius that no other phone on the market can even come close to matching in that regard. Therefore, the rumors of the design are most likely true in my opinion. Apple is too large and the iPhone is too popular to keep it a secret until the day it is announced. Assuming that a new iPhone is even being released this year, it has passed through countless hands and it's simply impossible to control. Not to mention that with the iPhone 4/4S being as successful as it is, it's not surprising that Apple isn't straying far.
Ah, clever. Also, the phone is slightly tilted but the screen is square to both sides, making it look very strange. Just noticed it now.
Just kinda a side note... Photoshop is image editing. You're thinking of After Effects. Just sayin' On a related note, all these fakes are funny, for how many people believe them.
I believe the same thing. Although not to the extent that it'll be 'nothing' similar. I just believe Apple is gonna slap something that is in a direction away from the rumors. I'd even go to say that Tim Cook should make a reference like "I bet you guys didn't expect it to look like this"
Are you serious? The iPhone 4 design is genius that no other phone has yet to match? Now I love my 4s and in my opinion the 3GS design was far better. And there are certainly as beautiful phones available that do not have the apple name on them. The galaxy S III is a beautiful design for starters. And as for innovation.....for the next big thing we get a larger iPhone 4 design? I love Apple products, but thankfully I am not ruled by them and can see the beauty in other products.
Since iOS 5 the connect to iTunes logo no longer shows up because you no longer need to have a computer to set up and use iOS devices. And since the iPhone 5 would be running iOS 6 it should just boot to the multilingual welcome screen.
Wow lol. He could have made it more realistic by simply playing a video (with timing pre-calculated, of course). Video editing always leaves a mark because it's too perfect.
