I recently went out and bought the Iron Man DVD. I decided to convert it into a file format so i could put it on my ipod. I used Handbreak to convert the video and all went well smoothly. I dragged the finished video into itunes and it worked great. When i tried to sync it to my ipod however, it said this video is not supported on the iPod.

Everything is the same (file format MPEG-4) The only difference is the Video Dimensions are 851x360 instead of 640x360 (in handbreak i think i hit normal instead of iPod Touch thinking it would still scale it down)

    Thanks!

Does that mean i gotta do the entire thing over? It's such a hassle cuz it takes like 14 hours or more.

You'll need to correct it to the proper resolution o/w it won't play. Another 3hr conversion unfortunately. That's life'

    • Insert DVD.
    • Open Handbrake.
    • Select Iron Man as Source.
    • Open Presets.
    • Select iPhone/iPod Touch.
    • <Optional>Click Picture Settings, Increase Width to as high as it can go (Usually around 704 or 720)
    • Wait Hour and a Half (Depending on CPU)
    • Sync
    • Enjoy.
