Is it possible to put video or gif animation instead of picture in boot logo?

Not currently, and I don't know if it is even possible at all.
    Probably not.

I saw at least one or two threads covering this but I don't recall what the outcome was.

    I don't think so.
I believe it only runs components necessary to boot up, but I don't think video is possible.

think about it... a video as a startup logo. or a gif whatever. but it would take extremely long to load up and winpwn doesnt support gifs. i tried it and it just made the gif still but if thats what you want go ahead
