I just got my phone in the mail an hour ago. After charging it, syncing with iTunes, and updating to 4.0.2, the front and back are VERY warm. Should I be concerned?

Don't think so, just put it in front of a fan and it'll cool down

mine gets quite hot, only when playing games for a while or using sat nav, nothing to worry about because it still stays cooler than my nexus one did
