BUMP, for anyone that can help me!!!!... restoring is just gonna kill me... I mean yeah I can do it and re-jailbreak but wtf.. it was running fine in the morning and by night.... bam... that 13 GB is supposed to be my music....

And now I tried listening to music on it and it says I have no music.... I haven't downloaded any new apps in a long time or updated my iPod.... this is ridiculous... somebody please help me =[

This time instead of clickin NO to Itunes fixing it for me I clicked Yes and it synced about 300 out of 3,000 songs only and the 13 GB of OTHER is still there....

I just tried basically hardbooting my Ipod [Hold Home & Hold till Shuts Off] and waited for it to start back up and then plug it in.... same issue... I have it charging and I'm going to wait till the battery is completely full because right now it's very low, I highly doubt that has anything to do with it but right now I'm going to try anything... Restoring will be my VERY last resort...

    DON'T PANIC, and DON'T RESTORE...yet.

Unsync everything from your ipod. When it's pluggd in go to music, videos, photos, ect and uncheck the boxes that tell it to sync. Hit apply of go to a different screen and it should ask you something about not syncing music and it will ask you if you want to delete what is currently on your iPod, say yes, you want it to delete everything. If you do that with everything the 13 gigs of other should go away(except for a few mb of apps) then sync the music back on.

If that doesn't work you need to restore.

I believe that this is caused if you haven't completed the jailbreak. Did you do one part, but the rest?

Ben: Already tried it, just tried it again... dosn't erase the 13GB of OTHER...

Dan: Yes, It's been fully jailbroken for almost 2 months

Juwilz: Unplugged all USB's... Hardbooted iPod, Closed Itunes, Restarted Windows... Tried other iPod USB cable.... same issue...

going to wait a day and see if anyone else has a solution.... *really dosn't want to restore*

Isn't there some way to back up all your apps and then you can restore.
Also isn't there an option to erase everything but not restore?
I don't have an iPod Touch at the moment so don't ask me but that ^ there is what I know from reading these forums.

    Uh, I suggest restoring...

Its not that hard to jailbreak, add apps, and add music.

Or go in Ssh, or Finder to see if you can delete some music from there.

What did you do to make that happen? Did you do the more apps size thing?

I did absolutely nothing... I was listening to music all day and that was it... got home to sync and it just happened... Probably going to have to restore

one thing.. if I restore.. do I have to update to 1.1.2?
