    Now, what happens if the cheap shirts offer better durability and last better while the expensive ones are just made to look better (same durability). That is essentially how the Beats compare to other headphones that are cheaper. And I mean a lot cheaper, like a 100 dollar headphone to the 300 Studios. The Studios look better, but the 100 dollar headphone has the same quality, and at times, even more.

    You pay for the endorsement, this brand prices as high as they can get away with (something like the Gratitudes are worth the money, but I wouldn't pay a cent over their MSRP), but the endorsement bumps it even further.

    THey are better for looks, but not for sound or sound vs price. The 300 dollar Beats sound like 100 dollar headphones...
