My first theme, thought it would be cool to do an XMB theme (by and saw the horizontal one and thought I would be more useful in vertical. It uses springjumps to move between categories. You need: 5 row and column Springboard, Categories, 5 of each jump(included), 78 blanks(included), Blanknull(from apple-news.fr repo), and a lot of patience setting it up.

    The setup:

Remember, This is still a WIP a is currently a Springboard only theme, but I plan on doing a full UI skinning, if people are interested enough.

That looks real nice. But honeslty I personally wouldnt use it. It just looks too complicated for an ipod.

nice concept, but truthfully, not worth it.(I also hate sony's xmb) Sharpen the icons a little more, they almost seem to rounded. Colors seem a bit off as well.

It looks pretty accurate, but it looks kinda squished. And the icons don't all line up vertically. You should make the status bar transparent. I think I'll stick to the landscape ones or better yet the actual one.

I assume you mean the Terminal, dTunes, and Apps icons. It is just cause they have a part that is not the same on both sides that makes it seem that way. The icon sizes are exactly 20% bigger than the glyph its-self(to make room for the shadow) so they are a straight as I can make them.

Yea... It probably is, but for making your SB look good and stay functional by hiding the pop-outs when you aren't in that category, I think it does a good job. I personally use this theme too (and first theme I have use for more than 2 weeks(pitiful...)).

Thanks, yea, I don't really like the icons too much and the wallpaper was just there to be there(will definately change it!)

As I said in the OP, it is a WIP so new icons, and everything, be be likely.

perhaps instead of having the icons be a nasty grey, make them sort of whitish cyany like the sweepy bit at the bottom of the wallpaper

i'd maybe lessen the bevel on them too
