Verbose Boot

    I have been looking around on the interwebZ and saw the verbose boot but i cant seem to figure out how to do it on my ipod touch running 2.2.
    Any suggestions?

    People have not been able to use verbose booting since the first 2.0 beta...

    Apple patched the boot-args hole from 1.1.x in 2.x. It was semi-exploitable apparently, which is why the dev team re-enables pieces of NVRAM for Pwnage (I believe I saw that somewhere... for iboot flags or something)

    Anyway, you don't get access from the userland any longer.

    but maybe some hardcore developer can make a patch to enable it no? i realled missed this (and Ultimate leopard but it's ported and i got no iPod anymore)

    That would kick ass because i love my ipod and want to do as much stuff as possibe

    rofl so it makes or breaks it just by having verbose mode?
