Ok. I searched for this and I didn't find anything so I'm just going to ask. I have the gameboy4iphone and NES programs on my ipod touch and I really have no clue how to put games on it. It says that I need to put them into the /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/GAMEBOY(or NES)/ folder and I have no clue where that is. I just barely jailbroke my ipod touch so I'm still trying to figure a lot out. Can someone help me?

okay well soo pretty much you need roms (which is illegal) so no once can link you to that
but a simple google search would get you some.
so all you do is dwld some roms ssh into your ipod and place it in that loaction.
if you dont know how to ssh, there are many guides on this site a simple search can get those up for you too.

    edit: ninja'd TWICE LOL

    iPod touch
and change their permissions to 777
in mobile terminal it's in cydia

Then open that app and type su root
type alpine and then use the next command
and use this command chown -hR mobile /private/var/mobile/Media/ROMs/
everytime you put a new rom in
it makes it so you can save your roms

thank you but is there anyway you could use simpler terms? I've never used terminal before. Like what do you type to change the permissions?

The OS for the touch/iphone is essentially a linux derivative, so any search for "how to change permissions in linux" or the like in google will give you the usual answer(s).

    Specific answer:
    chmod 777 <filename>

    or

http://www.ss64.com/bash/chmod.html will give other specifics if you wish to mimic an existing file/directory's permissions.
