    When people say to look in that file....what do they mean? Is it an app or what?

    It is a directory inside of your iPod. I don't think there is such directory, but basically the directories are how things are sorted in your iPod.
    For example, files that you download are stored in /var/mobile/Library/Downloads That's just where apps like dTunes are designed to look for music to play.

    What are the uses of WINscp....(besides the fact i can look through the files)

    you can modify the files thats how i changed my slide to unlock text and got new boards on touchgrind and got to lvl 99999999999 on imob lol

    based on what app you want to mod just google it or search it up on youtube and follow whatever tutorial you like.

    Well, you can now add content to your iPod as you choose, move files and folders around (not recommended if you don't know what you're doing) and many other things. There really is no everyday use for it, but when something goes wrong with your iPod you can fix it through a terminal.

    Just go to Google and then to Youtube and type in (HOW TO USE WINSCP FOR IPOD TOUCH).
