The Ipod Touch seems to have all the things one would need to replace my basic PDA. However, one thing concerns me in that the event reminder bleep seems really quiet AND it seems to only go off once.

I use my PDA as a reminder tool mostly. So if I have a conference call at 3, I have it set for the alarm to go off to tell me there is a conference call event. My PDA will go off several times before it sits idle and the alarm is a bit louder.

Any chance at the very least that this reminder alarm can go off several times until I dismiss it or is this just the limitation of the Ipod?

Any better organizer apps out there that WILL repeatedly bug you until you dismiss the event?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm, one other way to set a continuous reminder has to be the Snooze option on the alarm clock... It may not be as effective as the one on your PDA but still, that's the best choice available to the iPod touch for now...
