If you, like me, are having problems jailbreaking with redsn0w 0.72, such as getting stuck at "Waiting for Reboot", or having Cydia problems, there might be a simple solution. Either a), use a different USB port or b), jailbreak using redsn0w 0.71. Not ONCE have I successfully jailbroken my device with no problems with 0.72. 0.71 is the one that works for me, 100% of the time. So if you're having these problems, this simple change may fix them. Hope I help.

    redsn0w 0.71 downloads:

EDIT: Just realized, wrong sub-forum. Mod mind moving it to the correct one? Thanks.

I jailbroke 2 or 3 iPhones with 0.72 and had no problems with any of them.

I used 0.7 or 0.71 for my iPod, though.

Yeah, it was my iPod Touch 2G that had problems with 0.72.
