    Hello

I would like to know if there is any possible way of using my iPod touch Bluetooth feature on the ps3. I have tried connecting my ipt to the ps3 by regular searching, and I only get error codes when connecting. Is there anything in the app store or Cydia that will give my ipt a cool advantage on the ps3?

    Thanks in advance,

    CB

I was just brainstorming and was wondering if I could connect my iTouch 3g to my PS3 using bluetooth and control the music with the iTouch. Basically I have patio speakers and would love to be able to sit out there and use my iTouch as a remote control to stream the music to my PS3 inside the house which is in turn connected to my stereo controlling the patio speakers.

I was able to connect the iTouch under the Bluetooth device screen without any issues. But as soon as I went to manage my devices and changed my input source to my iPod and my PS3 as my output source, the music played for about 1/2 second through the stereo...but then stopped. The bars for the mic were at about 1/2 way and froze there as the music stopped, but there was definitely music there for a 1/2 second.

The system is 'seeing' the signal, so why can't it continue playing it? I am in no way a genius when it comes to this stuff, but if a laymen like myself can figure out that audio can play like this, then there's gotta be someone out there that can figure out how to keep that music playing over the Bluetooth connection.

Has anyone been able to accomplish this? Please...help!

Try using iBlueNova from Cydia (basically unlocks Bluetooth 100%)

But iBlueNova doesn't work on iOS 4... Maybe when an update comes out.

Would this allow me to use my iPad as a bluetooth keyboard ? Or does it just allow you to play music ?
