install itunes on your computer and connect your ipod touch to your computer with the included USB cable

awesome! and once you connect it, its pretty simple to add music, videos, pictures, and applications.

if you need any more help, feel free to ask.

If you have a lot of CD's you can burn them on iTunes. Just insert the CD and it should ask you if you want to transfer or burn it, rip it. Etc.

And if you have a lot of MP3's on your computer, just drag the files on the iTunes Music Library.

to add files make a music folder (or find your music folder) and in itunes go file>>add file (or folder if u have a folder already) to library.

if you dont have any music find a way of getting some (itunes store) some people use limewire but thats running a risk and cheats the artists out of $$$

itunes store does everything auto when you download stuff.
