So well, I've seen a couple of threads about this. I've got a PC without a Wireless card but I got WiFi on my iPod, so I was wondering if there was an app in Cydia which makes the iPod touch (not the iPhone. I heard iphonemodem only works for it) a USB modem to cath up Internet on my PC (Windows).

You can't receive a wifi signal on your iPod Touch and send one out at the same time..

PDAnet can be used for USB tethering like the OP wants...
