My computer absolutely refuses to let me FTP into my Touch, so I was wondering if the iPhone apps can be installed using Installer. Is this possible? If not, is there anyone currently working on this, or will we have to wait for the 2008 SDK?

I really need some other way to get these apps onto my Touch ...
