Which finder do u have, appstore finder or Finder(Cydia or Installer)?

If u have appstore finder, u cannot change almost anything, but if u have Finder(C & I), u can change all that u want:
    1) Open Finder.app
    2) Settings, activate all the settings(Ex. System Files Acces)
    3) Go to the directory that u want
    4) Select the File
    5) Modify
    6) Set the Permissions( READ & WRITE)
    7) That's all
