Using Diskaid for jailbreak features?

    If your iPod touch isnt jailbroken, could you use Diskaid and put say Winterboard onto it to use themes on your non-jailbroken iPod?

    EDIT: The diskaid site says "No jailbreak needed (needed to access root folder)" does that mean you need to have it jailbroken to get to the root folder? Or is it saying that is what you would normally need?

    You need to be jailbroken in order to gain access to the OS partition of the device.
