Useful settings manager?

    What is the name of the settings manager/toggle that is invoked by tapping both the signal strength indicators and battery? It had neon light'ish icons.

    Also real quick, I use to have a running application indicator that would appear in the bottom right of the applications icon. I remember I used backgrounder to keep the app running, but cant remember what i used to get that running indicator.

    Maybe the badge is broken under 3.1.2 :-/. I disabled mt themes to avoid and issues and still no luck.

    Open Backgrounder, go into Global and make sure you have "Badge" turned on.
