Use iPod as external hard drive in windows explorer!!

    I tested it and it works!!! You can now use your iPod as an external hard drive!!!

    The iPhoneFS is a small service/app based on WinFUSE that allows you to see the iPhone as a drive in Windows explorer, or any Windows application. It works by using the AFC service on the iPhone and mapping it to CIFS server functiions, making you iphone seem like a network drive.

    i tried here on mine..and it crashes everytime i install.

    any of you aware about apache and ispit. with those you can put your app's into the folder and via your ipot's ip, you can download the files. one bad thing, you need to have winscp to uplad the files to your ipot. So, is this any different than what i explained so far?

    This program is easier... You only need to download one program and your home free.

    My ITunes isn't open and it also crashes when I try to install it. Does this work in Windows Vista?

    just a suggestion... i dont know much about the app.... but you might need to close all process in the task manager that have apple or itunes or are apple affiliated etc.

    There are already known issues with the iPoT and Vista, so it wouldn't surprise me if there were issues with this.
