    Hi there,

I just want to write a real real simple app. that involves a simple UI, send & receive HTTP request/response, etc.

I wish to do that on Windows. I am aware of tools such as WinChainBuilder, or Eclipse CDT, etc. to do Objective C programming on Windows, etc.

The question is, do these tools (or any other tool) allow me use libraries and API available in Cocoa platform?

    Thanks,
    Yan

Do you mean using Cocoa Touch for the iPhone?
If so, I don't think so.
