Ok to start out i know this is possible because last time i saw my uncle he had it working. I can ask him now because he's in the military deployed somewhere. Ok so i have an LCD screen from a dell latitude c500/c600 and i would like to use it as a monitor for my desktop. I have a few pictures of the screen and will attach them to this post. I would have no idea where to start with this so I'm hoping someone here would. Soldering and making a case or something is know problem i just need to know how i would be able to get it working

I suppose you would be able to connect it to the desktops VGA port. If you just have the screen you may run into problems. You would need a power source and the other components and assembling it would be difficult. If you do it please post a tutorial because I'd love to try this out at some point.

Yo get this! I just asked my parents about it and guess what they said... It was my birthday present they got for me and hid it up there and then eventually forgot to give it to me! My birthday's in February!
