    Hi all,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I am going on holiday soon to and thinking for getting a IPod Touch while there, now I know that it needs to be connected to iTunes to start it, and I have borrowed a laptop to take with me to do just that. But the laptop I have only supports USB 1.0 and the Apple site says requires USB 2.0.

I found this in a FAQ on this site that says this

But couldn't find anything else in my searches, can someone confirm that it works with USB 1.0, because if it don't I won't need to take the laptop with me

    Many thanks

(sorry if I missed a thread that answers this question)

No It's ok It will work don't worry. The reason Apple says 2.0 is because the process will be a lot faster than with 1.0.So you can still do it.I have a computer that has 1.0 that's how I know.
