Hi everyone. Is there a difference between the USA sold and UK sold iPod touch 2nd? I'm thinking of getting one of eBay, and I thought I ask first just to know.
    Thanks in advance.

To the best of my knowledge though from all the ones i have seen/repaired/bought off ebay as replacements, there seems to be no difference at all in any of them.

    USA v UK

I bought mine in the USA while I was there on holiday. I didnt use it untill I pluggedit into my computer in the UK, and joined it to my UK registered iTunes.

I have not noticed any problems.

I currently live in India and having no problems so far!
Only thing is dont plug it into a wall charger that u bought from another country. the voltage specification may be different.
rather go for a usb charger.

Just make sure you adjust the clock to your correct time zone.

Theres no difference except that iPods sold in Europe have a volume limit that isn't on the US iPods.

The volume limit is not visible to you, but let me put it like this:

USA: Can use iPods total volume all the way to 100%
UK: Can use iPods volume to say 80%, but this is 100% of what the user sees.

So the limit is not on the volume control, but on the output itself.

^ But I believe that you can remove the volume limit with a fix, am I right?
