They are still in installer under the uninstall section but most of them are off springboard including customize and mobilefinder, what should I do, also while I was downloading fix disk space apps it said main execution failed, should I restore or force install I dont know the difference or is there a way to fix it, please someone help !! =(

I believe that it moved the directory of you applications (sounds like what it would do, I don't have the app myself).

Try restarting your iPod if you haven't already.

If you're going to do that, you might as well restore.

    Here is your Issue

You have low disk space. That is why the main execution failed

AND, thats why you initially tried to lower your disk space.

Let me start off in saying that your apps are NOT gone

They just wont show until you free up disk space

    Go to installer

    Uninstall anything you dont want/use.

After you uninstalled 3 or 4 things.....

Click Edit on the upper right hand corner and Add a new source, put this one in

    sleepers.net/iphonerepo

after you add that source, refresh.

After you refresh, restart your ipod
    --------------------
Now, go to installer, and go to Utilities

Install "BossTool" (This will help you free up disk space, THE RIGHT WAY)

After you install boss tool.... Launch it from your springboard

    Go to "Free Disk Space"

Then go to Relocate Applications or Move apps (Whatever its called)

This will move your apps out of your 300MB Partition (Installer memory) and put them in your music/video/other Memory partition.

After you move your apps, you should be ok.

    If that doesnt work...
Free up space by uninstalling stuff, then try to install your "something called fix disk space"
and see if your Icons appear.

    Hope I Help you out

thanks so much for the help guys, the weird thing is after the main execution failed on that app and more than half my icons disappeared off springboard I was able to install bosstool and relocate my apps.. the icons for most of the apps dont appear on springboard though they show up in customize.. i guess i will uninstall them and reinstall them.. if anything goes wrong ill let you guys know.. thanks again!

Fix disk space I just remembered is supposed to fix the 300MB issue when you jailbrake a certain way. So you should just restore your iPod and then do this:
