try copytrans, or, a while ago, when my computer had a really small hard drive, i never saved my music, so when my ipod would have to be restored, like for jailbreaking, i would lose all my music, so i would email apple, and they would give me all my purchases back, and i could download them from itunes. its somewhere on the support section of their site.

    good luck!

Have you checked to see if the files still exist on your computer (that's what I meant, sorry!) You may be able to just drag and drop them back into itunes...

If they are on your computer then you should be able to highlight all of the songs/folders and just add them directly to iTunes. If not, then there are a number of applications available however, to rip all of your songs, you would need to pay for the software (I am unaware of free apps but have never needed on so never really looked!)

Cheapest method would be to just restore them from wherever they are stored on your machine!

Do you have a PC or a MAC?

Should be a very simple task to add all of your music then (assuming it is all still on your computer!)

Assuming that it is all in one folder (split into subfolders) such as 'My Music', just drag this single folder into iTunes. This will then add everything including all items in subfolders!

It would be quicker than restoring from the iPod and cheaper!
