URGENT;iPod touch upgrades breaking the iPod!!!!! Stop Before You Do It!!!!!!

    URGENT!!!! before you lot upgrade your ipod you should know...i tried upgrading mine and it said i need to restore my iPod due to it being broken

    tried restoring and error 1603 came up..for those who dont know what this is join the club! it meant i couldnt do anything!!!!!

    Phoned Apple.uk and they said it was a widespread problem whilst upgrading!!! they are coming to collect mine..tryyyy to fix it or give me a new one!

    hassle! they know of the problem apparently..so dont waste your time asking for help like i did (and money wasted on the phone) if your still under the years warranty use it!! or argue for help and demand help!! they know what the problem is and they hav to fix it or give me a new one (my ipod is everything lool)

    search dfu mode it will fix you ripod yawn
    or take it to apples genius bar and they will do it

    .... Is this advice? Of course we won't break our iPod. At least not intentionally. If you needed to restore your iPod, you should've just done so.

    ...

    No need to grab Apple for no reason.. You should really take a look on YouTube for videos of booting your iPod into Restore and DFU mode.

    You need it.

    That's true. Everyone is still under the warranty. But if anyone encounters this guy's problems, then they don't need to rely on the it.
